We were going to guess what cue you'd want. Then we remembered you've had opinions about cues since roughly 1987, and guessing would have gone badly for everyone. So you're picking it yourself.

First — who's coming with you?

Tap a face. That starts it.

Or carry on on your phone —

Point the camera at this.
Same thing, in your hand.

There is a cue with your name on it. Literally — you get to choose what it says. Eight questions, Andy. Take your time, it's your birthday.

Your cue so far

Laser engraved

Question 1

Pool or snooker?

The only question that really changes the cue. Everything after this is trim.

Question 2

How heavy?

The shop builds in roughly 18oz to 19.5oz. If you have a cue you like, this is the bit to match.

Question 3

Tip size

Smaller tip, more spin and less margin for error. 9.5mm is the shop's standard build.

Question 4

The wood

Ash shaft either way — this is the butt and the splice. Watch it change above.

Question 5

What should it say?

Laser engraved into the butt. Permanent. No pressure.

Anything you like. It gets burned into the butt of the cue.

That's what it'll say. Happy? Press Next.

Or borrow one of ours — tap it, then change it if you want

Question 6

In which lettering?

Same words, different character.

Question 7

And where does it live?

A protective case comes with it as standard.

Question 8

Have a look before we order it

Once you hit the button, it gets made. That is the whole plan.
